Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product, Astro Jerky does not accept any return of products for refunds. 

Claims for incorrect orders must be received within 2 business days after package has been received.

 

Incorrect Order Product Returns & Exchanges

- The items must be returned for exchange within 15 days of original purchase

- Items and packaging must be received in new condition (bags must have original seal & cannot be opened)

- The original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged

- Packaging must include all original items that were shipped to customer by Astro Jerky

- return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

- Before returning a package you must contact Astro Jerky to receive a Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). 

- Return Authorization Reference Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box (Returns will not be accepted with out an RAN)

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, trackable method to the address below.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
